Meet-Ups
Every Saturday at 10:30am
Begin your weekend building your own personal better world. We invite you to join us as we come together to explore mindful meditation. Classes are led by experienced mindfulness meditation leaders who volunteer their time, and each bring their own style of sharing and unique perspective to the group. Open to all. No cost. No experience necessary.
