Meeting Pods & Booths

Meeting pods and booths are available for free with a reservation, during regular library hours of operation. Wireless access is available. Keys must be checked out at the Information Desk, one room per adult user. The rooms are available for checkout for up to two hours and must be vacated fifteen minutes before closing; registered library card holders may check out up to four hours per day. The key must be returned to the Information Desk when the room is no longer in use. Keys returned after the two hours result in a $5.00 late fee and failure to return the key will result in a $10.00 non-refundable replacement fee.

Maximum room capacity for booths and the office pod is one person.
Maximum room capacity for the meeting pod is four people.

In the event of loss or damage of any items left in the rooms, the library system is not responsible. In the event of damage to library property during room use, the individual who checked out the room is liable.

OFFICE POD:
Sit/Stand Desk: Spacious, height adjustable desk caters to your preferred work style, be it sit or
stand.VC optimized lighting: Two custom-built LED light strips with remote dimmer create the optimal
shadow-free video conference experience.
Sustainably soundproof: Made from recycled PET and engineered to reduce noise by 27dB.
Built-in power: A built-in power unit ensures outlets and USB ports are at your fingertips,
keeping you charged and connected.
Wireless charging: Lamp base has a wireless charging station.
Accessory Rail: Custom rail makes room for accessories like hooks and shelves, for a clutter-
free work session.
Whiteboard: A fully equipped whiteboard moves over the rail for easy access. Ask for dry erase
markers when you checkout the key.

MEETING POD:
Monitor & Camera Frame: Wooden frame houses built-in monitor and camera for seamless
video conferencing.
Wireless charging built into the table.
Motion Sensor: Occupancy sensor helps you stay energy efficient all day long.
Ultra Quiet Ventilation: Silent fans in the roof and air inlets behind the sofas keep the air inside
fresh at all times.

BOOTHS:
US Sound Insulation: US 1.6” sound insulation made from recycled materials to tune out the
noise.
Built-in Desk: Desk and magnetic board give you ample space for your big ideas.
Motion Sensor: Smart sensor activates the fans and the LED light, helping you stay energy
efficient.
Ventilation Fans: Two ultra-quiet fans keep you cool under pressure.
Power Outlets: Two outlets keep you powered up for every charged work session.
Booth A has a stool. Booth B is standing.

Tutor & Study Rooms

Tutor and study rooms are available for free with a reservation, during regular library hours of
operation. Wireless access is available in all rooms. Room keys must be checked out at the Information
Desk, one room per adult card. The rooms are available for checkout for up to four hours and must be
vacated fifteen minutes before closing. The key card enables users to leave personal items locked in the
room if they need to leave briefly; the key card must be returned to the Information Desk when the
room is no longer in use. Key cards returned after the four hours result in a $5.00 late fee and failure to
return the magnetic key card will result in a $10.00 non-refundable replacement fee.

Maximum room capacity for tutor rooms is two people.

Maximum room capacity for study rooms is six people.

Study Rooms include a white board. Ask for dry erase markers when you checkout the key.
