The Bartow County Library System is delighted to participate in partner programs made available through Georgia Public Library Services and their special partners. Spend a lovely day at the zoo with your family, hike the amazing trails at Georgia State Parks, or tour the Center for the Puppetry Arts with passes available at all library branches.

Georgia families can check out a family pass to the Chattahoochee Nature Center which will admit up to four people to the Center for free. The pass is for general admission only. The CNC participates in Nature Exchange (NEX) which is a way for children and adults to explore the natural world around them.
The “Passport to Puppetry” pass is valid up to four free passes to the Atlanta Center for Puppetry Arts. The museum offers educational fun with more than 350 puppets from around the world. Visit Center for the Puppetry Arts for valid dates, showtimes & hours of operations.
The Michael C. Carlos Museum provides Georgia Libraries with a pass that is valid for up to six free admissions. The museum is renowned for its collections of aft from Egypt, the near East, Greece, Rome, Africa, the America’s and Asia, as well as, works from the Renaissance to the present. The William Breman Jewish Heritage Museum pass will admit up to four people to the Breman for free. Check out is one week. For any special programs there is an entrance fee.
A valid adult library card now allows patrons to borrow a Georgia State “Parks Pass” & Historic Site pass from their local libraries. The pass is good for free parking or admission to any of the 63 parks and historic sites statewide for up to one week.

The Alliance Theatre Community Ticket Pass allows you to receive up to four (4) tickets for an individual performance using a promo code on the back of the pass.

- The Pass MUST be presented at the Alliance Theatre along with the tickets to the performance.
- The Pass is valid for productions on the Hertz and Coca-Cola stages ONLY.
- The pass may not be used for other performances, classes, camps, programming, or events.
- Tickets for performances are available on a first come, first serve basis.
- To redeem the pass for your free tickets, visit alliancetheatre.org.
- Select your desired performance, date, and time. In the point of sale process to receive your four (4) tickets, use the promo code on the pass itself to activate access to the free tickets.
- Free tickets may not be transferred to someone else.
- Plan accordingly to arrive early for performance, at least 30 minutes. Expect crowds for your chosen performance.
The Center is home to famous pieces of Georgia history including the Cyclorama and Texas, a carefully curated research library, cultivated gardens, and exhibits ready for exploration.

- The Library Pass is a library Loan program. When checked out and taken to the Center, the Pass is good for six (6) free admissions to the museum.
- The Pass is presented at the museum for the free admissions OR patrons can pre-purchase tickets online with the Center’s website using the code on the back of the pass itself. The pass MUST be presented along with the online purchased tickets to gain free admissions.
- The Pass is for general admission only and is not valid for special events or exhibits.
- The Family Pass has a circulation period of seven (7) days.
- The Family Pass may be renewed once.
- The pass expires on December 31 of every year. A new pass will be issued before the expiration date but is not usable until January 1.
- Holds are not allowed
- Replacement Fee: $75
Our partnership with the Tavern is due to a former library employee who works for the Tavern who never lost her love of libraries and wanted to provide access to Shakespeare to library patrons statewide. The pass is a wonderful opportunity to discover theatre and Shakespeare for those unfamiliar or just enjoy a performance if they are.

- The Family Theatre Pass allows for up to four (4) free tickets to a performance at the Shakespeare Tavern.
- Or it can be used for four (4) free box seat tickets to a tiered seating performance.
- The Family Theatre Pass MUST be presented at the Shakespeare Tavern Box Office to receive free tickets.
- All tickets redeemed using the Family Theatre Pass are for general admissions ONLY and may not be used for special events or food or beverages. Other restrictions may apply.
- Tickets are available on first-come, first-serve basis and may not be available for closing weekend performances or non-Atlanta Shakespeare Company productions, such as companies renting the Playhouse.
- Free tickets may not be transferred to someone else.
- The Pass has a circulation period of seven (7) days including one renewal, so the Pass can be available for fourteen (14) days.
- Tickets available through the Pass are ONLY available within the fourteen (14) day circulation period, so patrons MAY NOT select a performance any further out than those fourteen (14) days the pass is available.
- There is a limit of one (1) performance per circulation. Renewing the Pass does not allow for an additional performance.
- Replacement fee: $60
